Who are InterGest?
Prof. Dr. Heinz Anterist (founder of InterGest) “InterGest does everything except marketing, sales and technology”
History of InterGest
In 1972 InterGest was founded by Prof. Dr. jur. Heinz Anterist, initially to facilitate business between Germany and France.
Heinz had been working as a legal advisor for the transport company Anterist & Schneider and had become aware of the fact that clients needed a lot more than just logistics services in order to sell in foreign countries. They also required assistance in establishing subsidiaries, payroll, book keeping, customs clearance, legal and tax matters. Dr. Anterist searched for a provider of such services, but without success. He decided to fill the gap himself by launching a specialist business. The idea of InterGest was born.
The Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany
In 2006 Heinz received The Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany from the former German Federal President Dr. Horst Köhler for developing this company concept and for setting up the worldwide InterGest Organisation.
